Lara Logan
Lara Logan (born 29 March 1971) is an South African television and radio journalist and war correspondent. She was a CBS News journalist from 2002 to 2018.60 Minutes executive producer Jeff Fager called her factually incorrect and politically biased report concerning the 2012 Benghazi terrorist attack "the biggest mistake I've made in my 10-year-old's watch." She was a part of the Sinclair Broadcast Group in 2019 which is a conservative media corporation. 4 She joined Fox Nation in January 2020. Fox News runs the subscription streaming service. In March 2022, she claimed she was "dumped" by the network. Logan worked as an editor for the Sunday Tribune in Durban during her studies (1988-1989), then in the city's Daily News (1990-1992). She joined Reuters Television Africa in 1992 as a senior producer. After four years working for Reuters Television in Africa, she began freelance journalism. She was employed as a reporter/editor/producer for Fox/SKY, Fox/SKY (in London), CBS News, ABC News, NBC News and the European Broadcasting Union. CNN employed her to write on such incidents as the 1998 United States Embassy bombings in Nairobi, Tanzania and the conflict in Northern Ireland.
